Rates & Reservations
In addition to rentals for Seaglass Village, we offer rentals for select, new construction cottages at The Cottages at Summer Village, a family-oriented cottage community also located in Wells. Please click the link below to check availability for cottage rentals at either community.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are available from May 8-October 31, 2010. Daily rentals (with a two night minimum stay) are available only during the off season from May 8-June 18, 2010 and September 4-October 23, 2010.

Use of Facilities :
Our rental guests enjoy the use of our many amenities at no extra charge. Just a reminder that all amenities with the exception of the community pool at the front of the village are reserved for use by owners and guests who are 18 or older. This rule is strictly enforced!
Payment:
One-half of the total cost of your reservation is due within two weeks after your reservation is made. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
We will be glad to refund your deposit, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, for all cancellations received before April 1, 2010. No refunds will be made after April 1, 2010 and you will be responsible for the total amount due. Trip insurance is recommended! Damage/Cleaning Deposit:
A security deposit of $300.00 must be authorized on a credit card before you receive your keys from the rental office. If the cottage is left clean and damage-free, the card will not be charged. Please note that rental cottages are inspected as soon as you check out. They must be broom clean and trash must be placed in the dumpster. Any excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to you.
Occupancy:
Each cottage sleeps from 4 to 6 people, depending upon furnishings. Please read the description of your cottage carefully before booking. Occupancy is limited to the number of people indicated in the cottage listing.
Quiet Hours:
No music or electronics may be played outside the cottage from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please respect your neighbors and reduce the volume of your television, radio and other electronics that may be in use inside your cottage during these quiet hours.
Pets:
Only cottage owners may have pets at Seaglass Village. Our rental guests are not permitted to bring pets.
