Unwind at our spacious "port model" cottage for a lovely beach retreat.  Nestled amongst the towering pine trees at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which is centrally located within Seaglass Village you'll find our cottage.  It is a two bedroom, one and a half bath property which accommodates six people.  Inside the sunroom is a plush grey sofa bed which allows for extra sleeping accommodations and comfort as you enjoy cable and our movie collection on the large screen tv.  In addition, you'll notice the sunroom has more windows than walls allowing you to take in the tranquility of nature as you sip your morning coffee or tea.

Within the two bedrooms there are comfortable queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has a large armorer for extra storage and an off-suite half bath.  After a day enjoying Barnacle Billy's lobster rolls, you'll find a kitchen equipped with a granite countertop island and stainless-steel appliances including a large fridge for leftovers and a coffee maker.  A double stacked washer and dryer in the second bedroom allows for ease while cleaning sandy clothes after spending a day at the beach which is just minutes away. 

Our outdoor seating includes a swing chair and comfy blue/white furniture near the grill, perfect for a nightly grill out if desired. Throughout the cottage, you'll find classy nautical themed decor and real hardwood floors.  A welcoming six-person table makes meals and game nights enjoyable for all.

Conveniently located just a short walk to the clubhouse you'll find two outdoor pools, indoor lap pool, fitness center, library with a fireplace, putting green, bocce ball, shuffleboard and the Sandbar (a cozy cocktail bar) all to enjoy at your leisure.  A short walk to the right of the cottage you'll find pickleball, tennis and basketball courts.

Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that the clubhouse is strictly 18+, Seaglass does offer a wonderful family pool area at the front of the facility. It also has a lovely sitting area with a firepit and grills. Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking.  *During peak season (June 21st - September 5th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book.
