Coastal Charm Cottage, a desirable spacious “Port Model”, is serenely situated in front of towering trees, on the short and quiet Northern Slip with no through traffic. Conveniently sited for a short walk to pickle ball, tennis courts, and basketball in one direction, and The Clubhouse (18 and older) in the other.

The Clubhouse has 2 heated outdoor pools, one indoor pool, oversized jacuzzi, fitness center, great room and library with fireplaces, outdoor fireplace, putting green, bocce ball, shuffleboard, cornhole, and The Sandbar, a cozy cocktail bar ideal for meeting new friends. Hop on the included 4 person Yamaha electric golf cart, complete with charger, to travel the peaceful village lanes and to visit myriads of amenities. The large family pool is located at the front of the complex, with lounge chairs, tables and grills, restrooms with showers, a kiddie pool, and is next to a fire pit for starry night campfires with s’mores and hot dogs. The 2 BR/1.5 bath upscale cottage has central AC and heat.

The fully stocked kitchen with large center island, granite countertops, and stainless appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave, will make prepping, cooking and dining with friends and family a pleasure. Crock pot, toaster oven, waffle maker, lobster pot, coffee maker and Keurig are supplied in addition to the regular complement of kitchen necessities. In addition to seating at the kitchen island, a PB table seats up to 6 by pulling up upholstered chairs on castors. If needed, the table leaf located in the MB closet will extend the dining table for feasts or game nights. Recessed lighting, tray and cathedral ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness, while still providing a cozy vibe. Relaxation comes easily in the sunny living room with more windows than walls, comfortable seating, coastal colors, flat screen TV with Roku, sound bar, blu ray player and large selection of DVD’s. Sofa has a new queen size pullout (2024) to increase sleeping options in the cottage.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable mattress and bedding, dresser, nightstands, large closet, 32” TV with Roku, and half bath for added convenience especially for families or two couples. The guest room has a twin over full bunkbed with storage drawers underneath, dresser, 32”TV, closet and stackable washer/dryer. There is a full bath next to the guest room with tub and shower combo, large granite top vanity, fluffy towels, and plenty of storage space toiletries with hair dryer, and first aid kit. Outside yard provides an outdoor patio table, umbrella, patio chairs, Adirondack chairs, and a large, new 4 burner gas grill.

When you desire to venture out of the Village, Seaglass is only 1.5 miles to convenient beach parking and access to popular North Beach and Footbridge Beach. Located next door to Seaglass is Wonder Mountain Fun Park with go-karts, 2, 18-hole mini golf courses, a human maze, and game room. Ogunquit is only 2.4 miles away. Seaglass Village is an excellent location with easy access to York, Kittery, and Kennebunkport.

Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking.  *During peak season (June 21st - September 5th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book.
