Wells and Ogunquit Continue to Attract Top Rated Restaurants
While the winter and spring on the Southern Maine coast are peaceful and quiet, visitors still have top notch restaurants to indulge in. A fairly recent addition to the outstanding roster of eateries in our area is Perkins Cove Kitchen located at 312 Shore Rd. General manager and head chef Norm Hebert, brings decades of culinary experience to our area. Winter hours include brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am-2pm, and dinner Thursday-Saturday from 4pm-9pm. The innovative and wood fired cuisine focuses on breakfast classics such as Eggs Benedict, creme brûlée French toast, and corned beef hash. For dinner, Chef Hebert uses ingredients from “Maine’s seas, shores and farms”, according to the PCK website, www.perkinscovekitchen.com. Ogunquit Playhouse Schedule Now Available for the 2025 Season
The Ogunquit Playhouse has produced professional theater since 1933, earning it the title of “America’s Foremost Summer Theater.” The quaint theater coupled with its idyllic location in coastal Southern Maine, attracts award winning stars for performances in large scale Broadway musicals.
